1. HOME Atlanta 4.0 offers a competitive 30-year fixed interest rate FHA or VA mortgage with a forgivable 3.5% grant to help with the down payment and closing costs. The grant is fully forgiven at closing.Single family detached homes, 2-4 unit townhomes and condominiums, newly constructued or existing.

2. Vine City Homebuyers that meet income qualifications and plan to stay 5+ years in their new Vine City home can get $10,000 towards down payment & closing costs

Homebuyers receive $10,000 toward the down payment and/or closing costs that is fully forgiven after living in the home for 5 years. This incentive can be used with a home renovation mortgage loan.

Homebuyers receive a 30-year fixed rate FHA, VA, or conventional mortgage, as well as assistance for down payment and/or closing costs that is fully forgiven after living in the home for 10 years.
The maximum purchase price for homes to qualify for this program is $358,800 for FHA/VA loans and $424,100 for conventional loans.
